Residential and commercial robots. If your brand isn't listed — call us, we likely service it.
A clear three-stage process keeps your robot, dock and repair options organised from first enquiry to completion.
Submit your brand, model, contact details and problem. Our team replies by email with relevant drop-off, pickup or courier details, what to send for diagnosis, and any applicable diagnosis charge.
Once we receive the robot or dock station, we diagnose the issue and explain the required repair or service and upfront cost. No chargeable repair work proceeds without customer approval.
After approval, we complete the work and test the robot. We email you when it is ready for pickup or confirm the agreed return or delivery arrangement.
Most people throw away a robot vacuum that just needs a $99 battery — not a $1,200 replacement. Like a car, your robot needs regular servicing to perform at its best and last for years.
Dust, pet hair, and debris silently destroy motors and sensors. A robot running on a degraded battery damages its charging system over time. Regular servicing prevents small faults becoming expensive failures.
A robot running 20 minutes instead of 90 doesn't need replacing — it needs a new battery. Fast fix, big difference.
Brush rolls wrapped in hair strain motors every cycle. Annual cleaning prevents permanent motor damage.
Dusty cliff sensors cause robots to miss spots or get stuck. A sensor clean restores full mapping accuracy.
Your $1,200 Roborock S8 repaired for $109 vs $1,200 for a new one. The maths is simple.
Repairing keeps lithium batteries and electronics out of landfill. Right to repair matters.
A serviced robot with new brushes, clean sensors and a fresh battery performs exactly like a new unit.
