Enquiry & arrangements

Submit your brand, model, contact details and problem. Our team replies by email with relevant drop-off, pickup or courier details, what to send for diagnosis, and any applicable diagnosis charge.

Diagnosis & approval

Once we receive the robot or dock station, we diagnose the issue and explain the required repair or service and upfront cost. No chargeable repair work proceeds without customer approval.

03

Repair, test & return

After approval, we complete the work and test the robot. We email you when it is ready for pickup or confirm the agreed return or delivery arrangement.
